LOVE AT THE POLY – VISIT OUR NEW WEBSITE

Walk through flocks of birds contemplating lost love, be enticed by reflections of young adoration or even sneak a peek at some erotic hankies in ‘LoveatThePoly’ – a two week arts programme that will take over The Poly, Falmouth, in February.

Central to the programme will be a contemporary art exhibition in which the many different faces of love will be explored by 19 emerging artists.  Each artist looks at love from a diverse point of view, emotionally challenging the senses and our individual experiences of love. The many narratives and disparities of love in the works inform one another, and give an insight into the complexities of this powerful emotion.

Alongside the exhibition a varied series of films and events will be taking place, including a showing of dynamic short films by Bex & Jules, an evening with a performance artist, culinary creations from Ezster Takac and much more…
